Stole money and will not refund it Newcastle

I received an email about a loan at 4% interest rate. I sent in my bank fees of $315.00; no where did it even imply there would be other fees. Then I received an email about an additional fee of $750.00 insurance fee. There was no mention, not even implied. I have a copy of all correspondence. Now, they won't even refund my money. If this would have been mentioned from the beginning, I would have never even tried to use them.
