When I took out the loan with Loanmakers, I specifically asked if there were early repyment charges as intended to pay off early and was blatantly told there were none. The company has now applied charges of over 500 and refuse to refund these charges despite the gross misconduct of their member of staff blatantly lying when asked a specific question about charges. Call was not recorded so this can happen again and again.
