Not gave me my loan that i asked for yet ripoff

I just want to say is when will i get my loan.
It's bern more than two week's now and i still havn't heard anything back yet. You said on the letter you will contact me imedditly but no-one has done that yet. Why not can you get the loan out to me as soon as possible.
