I purchased from credit4all.org.uk/ a guaranteed prepaid credit card (24/02 49.00) and a non status credit card (31/02 29.00)
The prepaid credit card is guaranteed acceptance and the non status card is not guaranteed but the company guarantees that if no card is given, a full refund will be given.
After 2 weeks of not receiving the card nor hearing from the company, I contacted them via email on multiple occasions, rang their customer service number and even requested a call back. No response was received to any of my contact requests.
I put in a claim with PayPal on the 7th February on the 13th February I finally received a response from Credit4All stating that their computers had gone down and that's why they hadn't responded. They requested that I cancel my PayPal claim as they would not provide a refund because my order was in process.
I didn't cancel my PayPal claim because I no longer trust the company and Credit4All had been given plenty of notice that I wanted my purchase cancelled.
On the 15th February PayPal concluded their investigation into my complaint and decided in my favour for both purchases. Unfortunately, PayPal were unable to retrieve any of my money from the sellers PayPal account and so I contacted Credit4All again to ask for my refund.
Again, I have not received any response and the likelihood that I will retrieve my money from this company is very slim and this is why I am contacting you now.
If you can help me retrieve my money or at least put a stop to this company from taking other people's money in the future, I would greatly appreciate it.
I can provide emails that I have sent and received from Credit4All if this is requested, along with details of the PayPal complaint.
