I bought some goods that were advertised in the from Easylife brochure this company and I was given a discount voucher for £15 for any future goods I may buy (but this was not taken up).
Since the purchase and unnoticed by me until today Shopper Discounts.co.uk have been taking £10 per month from my credit card account for 4 months. I did not authorise this and on phoning the company I was unable to speak to anyone. However, they did have an automated service that I could access if I punched in my credit card number!
On reading the reports on this site I find that others are in the same situation and. Why is this company still being allowed to make unauthorised transactions?
