Unortherised payment taken

I had to put in card details before I could ask my question, was told there was an expert waiting to converse with me, if I was not statisfied I did not have to pay, my payment would only be taken untill or if, I clicked on autherise button.

I asked my question, no reply for 3 days, my question was answered with a request for more information before they could answer. I did not reply, nor did I click any autherisation button.

my bank statment 30/12/09 myjabill.com have taken £11.00 without autherisation.
