I was not informed that there will be a Monthly charge to my account. I have not even gotten the CD I paid for, also tried without number to call this number given to me by my bank Lloyds Tsb bank... 0018004974988, to complain.
I will like to state that... I want my subscription to be cancelled and the funds taken should be returned to my account and no funds should be taken hence forth from my account.
