I decided to try the 3 day trial membership on 7th April. On 9th April, I cancelled. I made 2 cancellation requests via the website and one to customer care ([email protected]). I didn't recieve any response or acknowledgement and I discovered on 14th April that I was billed. I tried calling and sent another email. The calls went through to an answer machine and I left a message. Still no reply to my emails or cancellation requests.
Please help!! How do I get hold of these people to refund me and cancel this whole thing???
