Unauthorised billing

Dear sir/madam 26/07

I wish to complain about this company, who advertised a trail of these maximum burn diet pills, yet state nothing of any further payments other than the cost of the postage.

I have been billed by this company on my credit card without authorisation once on the 29th June for £59.89 and again on the 16th July for £58.72 both by leanbodyburn 8887879668.

There is no way of contacting them to request these payments be stopped other than a phone number which keeps you on line for 20mins then cuts you off.

i have contacted my bank to have these payments stopped but they state I have to contact the company first to ask them to stop taking the payments before they will put a block on my card which i find worrying, due to the fact that this company could continue to take payments if they refuse to ignore my request for them to stop.

I have learnt since that this company is a scam, and being hard of hearing am unable to to phone companiessand banks to get things stopped, which makes everything more time consuming and difficult for me.

please could you look into this and advise if there is anything futher I need to do to put a stop to this.
