In my case I was looking for replacement (old) development software which BayDownloads claimed to have. Like others the subscription was not what I bargained for and the fees escalated rapidly.
The difference in my case was that when I singed up my credit card was rejected and so I tried a different card and it was rejected again. However the rejections were fake and each time the money was taken from my account.
Furtunately my credit card company’s security was on the an the called me with a warning within 48 hours, at which point I cancelled the card with relatively low damage.
