I am finding it very hard to get in touch with this company, no matter which site you click onto there is no way of getting in touch. I first went onto the site about 6 months ago and went for the free trial, didnt like the taste of the tea but still keep getting it delivered (60 tea bags a box/3 boxes per package 4 packages in total) and keep getting charged. There is nothing to let you send it back so how on earth is this allowed?
When you get something like this on the internet it makes you wonder how it can be real and not a fony tea. I am very dissapointed with the company. I have even tried to call the number on the invoice but to no avail???
So where do I go from here (not able to afford the money going out) how do I send it back?
Also they sent it to me on false pretences as I am not all that big, I put in my height, 5'3 and my weight 10stone and they said I qualified to loose weight, I only wanted to loose a couple of pounds maybe a stone at the most but the amount of tea they have sent me well I should have slimmed down to nothing (720 tea bags in total) If it was legit they would have my details on record and know not to send any more, but all they want is your money.
I would advise everyone who ant to give it a go not to bother, it tastes awfull, you loose nothing apart from money you cant afford.
AllI want to do is send it back but am unable to.
