I have been charged twice now for a product that i have not recieved. I have spoken to my bank and asked for these payments to be challenged but they state that i will need to contact the company direct. After searching on the web i came across your site and now thanks to you atleast i can contact them. I do feel though after reading some of the stories am i going to have to go through this process every month before someone sshut these people down.
