Did not recieve my product even after payment

Dear sir

I had purchased a product from ACAI POWER Max but have not yet received the product. I have no idea how to contact them they have not even given their email address only one phone no which I am unable to connect. The cost of the product is not huge but if its a fraud site then some action should be take. Please help me how to either get my product or the money back.
