I, like other complainants, have been unable to reach either by telephone or email the company who has wrongfully debited my account with £59.90. I have been unable to reach them at all within the 10 day period for cancellation and I want reimbursement of my monies immediately. Please help me and the others to regain our hard earned money. I have not received any goods whatsoever and I wish to be taken off their records.
