I too have been scamed by Diet Max. Cancelled my trial period order the very same day I did the trial order online, sent emailed request to cancel and even phoned the company and spoke to an agent after holding for almost an hour. That was 5th October 1st November just over £46 was taken from my bank account. I have never received any products from this company and I cancelled within the required 'NO CHARGE' period so why are they taking money from my account. I have spoken with my bank and it would appear that despite cancelling with Diet Max the bank have to give them 31 days notice of cancellation for the payment authority so technically they can take further payments from my account until such time. My only option is to cancel my bank card and wait for a re issue. There seems to be no protection for us but ever protection for these scaming fraudulant scum.
