No reply to e-mails and taking money

I purchased a trial of the acaiburn weight loss tablets after being informed i was paying only shipment and was receiving a traial pack. I have since had more money taken from my account and have e-mailed to ask to be taken off the mailing list and to stop any further orders and have had no reply. There is no other form of contact details.
