I have had this upright vacuum cleaner for just over a year. I have had nothing but problems with it. The cleaner, on your advise has been to Barlows repair service several times. I am now at my wits end. Everytime I use the cleaner it smells of burning, the belt breaks aand dust flies all over the place. I have spoken to your customer services on many occasions with no satisfaction. I will in the end have to purchase a new cleaner which will mean I have lost over 70 pounds as the cleaner has been useless. I will not be buying or recommending Electrolux every again.
