Caught a KLM flight from Amsterdam Schipol to Manchester yesterday. When collecting baggage, there were 8 or 9 people left with out bags on my flight alone. Probably only about 150 on the plane!!! One of those without baggage was my wife. Even worse was the fact that there were 8 or 9 unclaimed ...
