Unable toplay on my region 2 rec/playe

Ec'd o/d 635 st elsewhere- the comp tv series on dvd.

your o/d page stated no region or pal/ntsc syst required.

unable to play any discs thus $99.95 postage wasted.

am told can play thru PC but do not have prog.

can u either send 2 me uk playable discs for our dvd units or can I r/t discs obtaine credit payment.
