I bought a MP4 player from Riverstreams website. It arrived faulty and took me 2 weeks for them to give me a return code so that I could send it back. The new one eventually arrived which was also faulty, same story again, they claimed it was a faulty USB cable, which was not so. After a month of e mailing they gave me code to return it to their facility in Nottingham. That was 3 weeks ago and since then I've heard nothing, no replacement and no reply on e mail. Not sure what my next step should be. Lousy company though, not worth bothering with. Wished I'd known this 3 months ago.
