Atestogo.com have charged me £13.44 deposit for the ambassador hotel llandudno, and taken it without my permission from my bank account, and have stated that the remaining deposit of £47.56 was to be paid direct to the hotel upon check out.i haven, t booked with this company, i booked with late rooms and the charge was£73 .00 for two nights and paid this to the hotel.i previosly said it was hotelclub.net but they are all the same company.this hotel doesnt know of these companies, i have been told they are scam.how do i 48dget my money back
