Attempted to book city break via myberlin part of myvacations. Site didn't confirm booking so I rang and that assured me no booking made, no money taken. Later a debit appeared on my account. When I rang they said they had no booking but asked me to prove they had taken money from my account. Await a refund. They have some stupid excuse that the computer aotomatically debits people's accounts but they don't have a record of this!
