I booked hotel through them in january, they confirmed a booking at thr la reserve hotel, soon after... april the 7th i received a cancellation of my booking, ..when asked why, they said i asked them to cancel[which is untrue]..trying to contact them via the phone is pointless[ box filled]..i strongly urge people to avoid Moss Travel[www.hotels2foru.com... dont really know how they are getting away with this... they are still accepting bookings... be told, beware... graeme
