JOB OFFER LETTER/AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITION

Dear Mr.

With reference to your application and online interview, we are please to offer you employment in St Martin s Hotel Ltd London United Kingdom. This employment offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. DESIGNATION: SALES MANAGER

2. CONTRACT PERIOD:

This contract will be valid for a period of two years from the date of joining and is renewable after the completion of two years. Your appointment begins 23rd SEPTEMBER.

This employment relationship is governed and subject to the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement negotiated by the governing body of the HOTELS BOARD OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.

3. REMUNERATION AND PERQUISITES:

3.1 BASIC SALARY: £14, 600 pounds (MONTHLY)

3.2 HOUSING: Suitable Housing facility will be given to you

3.3 TELEPHONE: Suitable Mobile allowance will be given to you

3.4 MEDICAL: Medical reimbursement shall be provided as per company

Rules and regulation.

3.5 TRANSPORT: You will be provided transportation for official usage

3.6 SETTLEMENT ALLOWANCE: £2.000pounds and two months upfront

salary on joining.

3.7 ANNUAL LEAVE: Annual leave of one calendar month for each complete year of employment will be allowed to you. This may be accumulated for two years and availed together. Leave encashment may also be permitted at management discretion.

3.8 LEAVE PASSAGE: Return air passage airfare for economic class will be paid for you and three of your families i.e. wife/Husband with two children under age of eighteen.

3.9 JOINING EXPENSES: You and your family (wife and husband with two children up to age of eighteen) will be entitled to economy class air ticket.

3.10 VISA EXPENSES: You will pay visa expenses but will be reimburse on joining

3.11 BONUS: Bonus may be payable at Management’s discretion

3.12 EDUCATION EXPENSES: School fees up to £5, 000 pounds for children per annum of actual amount will be your entitlement for your children. Expenses on uniform, text books etc. will be borne by you.

3. WORKING HOURS:

You will require working eight hours a day, sometimes earlier than eight hours.

4. TERMINATION:

This contract can be terminated by either party on given three month’s notice in writing. In case of termination of employment by the employer on disciplinary grounds, only a week notice period shall be given.

5. SECRECY CLAUSE:

You shall not part with any of the Hotel information to any outside person or organization. Breach of this condition shall be considered as a serious offence, which may necessitate suitable action being taken by the company against you.

6. RESTRAINT OF EMPLOYMENT

You shall be restrained from taking employment with any of our sister company’s competitors in London unless company’s prior permission is obtained.

7. JOINING PERIOD

You are required to join immediately of accepting this letter.

8. COMPENSATION CLAUSE

In case you resign or otherwise wish to leave the service of the company before completing one full year of service under any circumstances whatsoever. You shall compensate the company for.

Three month’s salary [salary that will be retained up to two years as a security and after successful completion of two years shall be reimbursed].
