I paid my mothers phone bill and 2 days later it was cut off. there was no reason for this. it has been 3 weeks and its still not been put back on. we have made number of phonecalls to pipex but keep getting told it will be back on but it is not. i find pipex attitude disgusting and there was no reason what so ever to cut my mothers phone off. we will be taking the complaint further.
