I left pipex in march this yr and ive had no end of problems firstly my old number is still ringing as i wanted a new number with my new phone company then pipex sent me a bill of 13 90 no reasons given i was informed when i told them i was going i wouldnt have to pay anything more what can i do?? i have let other complaints departments know but they are saying i need more dates of when i first sent the paper work well of course you dont always keep dates do i pay it in the hope they leave me alone or what??? its really stressing me out i thought once i went to another phone provider that would be it does anyone have the complaints number??? or email i find it all very stressfull and there customer service are so rude they tell lies they say iam owed a refund i never got that instead i get another bill any advice most welcome and pipex if you read this your know what stress you put people under you ought to be really asshamed of yourselfs your the worst company ive ever had dealings with
