I was originally with Toucan who were already a nightmare.. changed to pipex uk and since then an absolute nightmare. They upgraded their system on 9th of march sent a letter to that effect which arrived on 14th march since then internet was down for 16 days.. cant get to speak to anyone they dont act when u call and get cut off when you get around the high rate call saying they have to answer calls on the premium line. Cut a long story short..DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAP AND NASTY YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.. No internet for 16 days then my land line goes down.. all services like caller id cancelled and you only get to speak to virtual agents.that sound like robots from somewhere around the glo be. There is no compensation nor customer service. it is as virtual as their broadband and engineers. They never call back and cases are closed before they resolve. i could not even go back to BT because they reset the land line and it was blocked. Stuck with such a poor company... They need to realise that they are playing with lives and NEVER NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY i have written to the papers, blogs, customer services and had no response from anyone at Toucan, Pipex or Talktalk. TALK TALK ARE RUBBISH DO NOT USE THEM STICK TO BT AND PAY THE HIGHER RATE FOR A G OOD SERVICE
