Annoying behaviou

I have purchased mp4 plyer from their website, and its really awful, and ridiculous that they took the money out of my acoount at the same day of ordering but they haven't send me the order, i am mailing them but they are not giving me any satisfied answer, its a really bad company, they don't know how to deal with the coustmers order, still i am trying to mail them, trying to contact them but noone is responding.
