Not able to make calls or send sms

I too have had problems with being able to dial numbers and send sms from my mobile. I have been using Nomi for over 12 months now and found the rates really cheap, the service a little on the sketchy side but other than that ok until now. I too have been calling and calling on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering the calls. I even tried the FREE call 325 and it said this number was not available on this network! I too have loads of credit left on my account that I only very recently topped up so am really annoyed and frustrated that I cannot use my phone to make calls or text. Receiving is fine so something is still working but I am from Australia and this is my only form of communication that I have to call & text my family back home. what is going on, surely if the company has gone bust or something has happened there would be something in a newspaper or posted on a web site! Top ups are available from Tesco, Sainsburys & The Post Office so surely they are in some way shape or form a reputable provider! Nomi let your customers know what's going on - has the network gone down, has the company gone into liquidation or what? Just so we know whether we have to sort out taking our number to another provider but how do we do that if we can get a PAC code! Please let your customers know what is happening and why somehow! thank you, lisa
