Please help, I have ported from Nomi on the 6th of May and my number is still not released. I cannot use my phone as the new provider can't use my number until it is released.
On numerous occasions I have phoned nomi and you respond that it has been ported, but why does my nomi sim card still work then? I can receive calls but I can't make calls nor listen to my voice mail!
What am I to do? I probably spent 2 hours on the phone already phoning back and forward, I even gave vodafone Nomi's number and they can't get hold of them
