Hidden charges - suddenly I've got insurance on my bill & that's extra £7. My friend has 2 services to pay when it is clear the other service has been terminated. Others reported similar hidden charges.
Bad customer service - calling them up regarding bills will take u more than 30mins and lots of phone holds! They dont understand ur enquiries, you've got to repeat many times cuz they dun understand their own billing policies or perhaps pretend to not understand. They use ppl with heavy accent to do customer service?!!!!! WTH
Terminating service is hellish - a lot of arguments is involved and finally when you r on the edge of swearing, only then they'll tell the way to stop service is by writing a letter. And oh yeah, the letter has been lost - and then you have to call them up again when u still receive ur bill.
More lies - somehow my supposedly 7gb/s connection is slower than the previous 52kb/s. I have to restart my connection more often now.
