I wish I'd looked here before I bought from Phones 4U.

Ordered a phone online, had an email saying it had been despatched.

4 days later, no phone, so telephoned, and was told to contact Citilink (myself!) as their system had it recorded as delivered and signed for.

Citilink admitted (eventually, afer the usual waits) that it had been delivered to the wrong address, and fraudulently signed for in my name. They would attempt to get it back and deliver it to me.

Still no phone 2 days later, and no response to my email to Phones 4U.

Any decent company would by now have sent me a replacement (total cost of phone £20!) and taken up the issue with Citilink themselves.

No such luck with this bunch of cowboys. They are setting up a fraud enquiry and sending me forms. Even though Citilink admit they didn't deliver it to me! Could be weeks yet, before I have the chance to cancel this order and get my money back.

Never again.
