I bought a mobile phone nokia 5800 few month ago i paid £ 9.99 amonth for insurance after few moth my phone was faulty

send the phone with all the accessoies to them after few weeks they send me a second hand mobile with alot of scratches on the screen and a fulty battery that wouldnot hold the charge more than few minutes i did phone them and send the phone back after 4 weeks they send me a phone much worse than the first time minus all the accessoris when i complain they said they only exchange for recondition one.

i still have not got my accessories . they insurance is rubish and the company is a rip off beware.
