I ordered a kids football kit in July - when I chased it I was told it was "lost in transit" they offered to send another one and a free adult shirt but now in October - it is still missing. The only way to contact the company is by email - there is no phone number or address which means you can never talk to a human being!
Since the beginning of September they have stopped returning my emails - despite the online promise to always respond within 24 hours. I don't know how to proceed with my complaint as there are no contact details except the e-mail address! Can anyone advise who I complain to in this situation? I used paypal so will try them next.
