I ordered a number of soccer jerseys from UK Soccer Shop. All the shirts were either the wrong size or missing patches that I paid extra to include. The company refused to respond to email inquiries and the phone number listed does not get answered. After 2 months of trying to contact the company, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Of course I got an immediate response from a guy named Sinom and it was very rude.
I tried to get some information on obtaining correct replacement shirts, but he never responded to those emails either. So in the end I returned the shirts for credit. It clearly states on the website that return shipping will be paid if the items sent are incorrect. Simon also emailed me and clearly stated that he would refund shipping to return the items. Simon and UK Soccer Shop have refused to credit my return shipping and have been very rude in response to my inquiries about a refund. I believe I never would have gotten my money back at all had I not disputed the charge on my credit card. It's sad that this guy is so poorly off that he has to rip off customers.
Do yourself a favor and shop at World Soccer Shop. The items are cheaper, better quality, and the customer service is excellent.
