I ordered some items on April 16. When they had still not arrived by May 1, I sent an email and was assured they would arrive by May 6 and that the delay was due to the volcanic ash. When the items had still not arrived by May 6, I requested a refund. I was told I would receive a refund if the items had not arrived by May 12. When the items did not arrive by May 12, I requested a refund again. Customer service REFUSED to issue the refund, saying I should gaain give the company more time. It has now been nearly a month since I have paid Debenhams and still have NO MERCHANDISE and they will not keep good on their promise to issue a refund.
