On the 31st of February I placed an order through the WhoBlackpool website. I paid through their checkout service and the money was debited from my debit card.
I waited.
On the 6th of March I contected WhoBlackpool via e-mail, as the status of my order was still pending. I was told in a reply that the item was dispatched and it should be with me the next week.
Eleven days later (17th March) the item still had not arrived. I e-mailed again to ask where it was. This e-mail went unanswered and on the 21st of March I e-mailed again and recieved a reply on the 24th of March stating that I had been issued with a refund.
I thought this was the end of the matter, but upon checking my statement I found that WhoBlackpool had not refunded me the full amount, so I e-mailed again on the 25th of March asking why I had not been refunded the full amount. This e-mail also went unanswered.
On the 31st of March, now over a month since I placed the order, I wrote again to WhoBlackpool asking why I had not recieved a full refund. The reply I recieved today (April 1st) stated that WhoBlackpool has ceased trading and the new company could not issue me a refund for previous transactions.
