Received mail from the World Health Organization informing I had been awarded a price in cash of several million pounds (equivalent in USD) and to put myself in contact with Amtrak Parcel Limited which I did and then they tried to make me pay in advance several thousand dollars in order to send me the check saying they could not deducted from my earnings. This is not right since it is well known that any taxes, or costs can be deducted from the earnings.
I then deducted this was a prank and decided to look in the web and found out almost the same case with someone named Kevin which they contacted saying he had won something in a tobacco awards program.
