Phone company had someone cold call to ask if I wanted to try a new contract phone. She told me many details which sounded interesting so agreed to have one sent to me. It arrived on 10th Jan. I read the attached info and saw the phone type and decided that I did not want to take up the contract. It stated that I had 7 working days to retutrn it which I did 4 days later.
I returned it in the original plastic envelope. Now I cannot recall if I sent it back as to be signed for or not. I have been phoning regularly and each time have been told that it has not shown up on a stock report from the carphone warehouse. I have not been able to speak to any manager only the call centre rep. They have not been very helpful. What to do next?
