THE WORLD WINNINGS SWEEPSTAKES LOTTO sent me winning notification, that I won a total sum of US$500, 000 in cash credited to file. This was from a total of 5million dollars shared amongst the first ten lucky winners in the category.
When I inquired they sent me an email for a CHARLES MOORE, Fiduciary Agent... then he sent me a form to fill out and then I recieved an email stating that CITYVIEW EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY has my cashiers check and will be delivering it... here's the catch...
"Have it in mind that you will be required to settle the courier charges which the sending of you winnings cheque will incure, this is because the total amount has been insured to the real value and as such cannot be deducted from. This is in accordance with section 13 (1)(n) of the national gambling act as adopted in 1993 and amended on 3rd July 1996 by the constitutional assembly. This is to protect iwnners and to avoid misappropriation of funds. Its imperative that you add your identification numbers as the subject of any correspondence with the courier company..."
