Brought 55" LCD TV, 8 weeks after delivery fault with picture, shop manager quite aggressive when we complained & not helpful at all! We paid £2, 000 for tv & £639 for PREMIER CLUB protction, what a waste of money, we were entitled to a loan tv which just happened to be 32", when they finally came to take our tv away the loan one was covered in paint we sent them back with it, when they came 2nd time they tried to put our 55" tv in a 32" box obviously that didn't work they told us they would be 15 mins &went to get bigger box, 2 days later no sign of them? after a number of calls we found out that they had decided they couldn't do the job, they then lied to their boss & had told him we wouldn't let them take it!! have now got them coming back in 2 days with a bigger box, each person we speak to fobs you off with lie after lie, never buy from currys or buy a samsung product as you will be left with a rubbish product and terrible after care support no matter what you protection plan you pay for. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND NEVER FROM CURRYS, BEWARE OF THE IDIOT MANAGER IN THE HARLOW CURRYS STORE, HE THINKS HE IS SOME TOUGH DOORMAN, BUT IN REALITY HE IS JUST A JUMPED UP PRATT.!!!
