I ordered an R-Strap (type of camera strap) from Idigitech on 17th Dec 08, have received nothing, emailed both [email protected] and [email protected] and both have bounced back, the website is down, looks like they have pulled a big scam or the business has shut down, either way I am £40 poorer! I have appealed on Paypal to try to get my money back, and they said although they have ruled in my favour it is not possible to recover the funds from the seller.
