Bought 4 tickets for a James Taylor concert, but never received any tickets. Tried frequently to call the number provided, but the phone continued to ring, and there was no voicemail. Never managed to ever reach anyone on the phone. Also tried going to their supposed office. The office was located over a hairdressers. The door was always closed and locked, during normal working hours. Preferably would like to get money back, but as that does not seem to be possible, would like to simply warn others!
