I bought tickets for the Kings of Leon for the 15th June for my girlfriend as a 30th Birthday present and they've not arrived. After searching for issues about the company on the internet it seems I am not alone. I have attempted to contact Book Me Tickets but have had no reply. There aren't phone numbers or proper addresses on the Web Site.
Fortunately I paid by credit card by still will have to go through the whole issue of getting a refund. I will keep you posted of my progress. I also plan to lodge a complaint with the office of fair trading in the UK. I will get my parnter to assist me with any possible legal avenues as she is a lawyer in the business sector.
