Heating in my flat broke down on the 23rd of December and it has not been repaired yet. The flat is freezing cold and I have not got warm water. I reported it to the office and they sent an engineer, who was not able to repair it. I have called the helpline but two other workers could not fix the problem for me. The phoneline, which is supposed to work 24 hours a day is not reliable. They just do not answer my calls and even if they do, they do not keep their promises or they send people who lack the skill to repair the boiler.
