I made final payment to this company on October 17. I asked for information regarding their advertised Florida vacation rental property. They consistently withheld the information and did not offer it. When I became suspicious then they responded stating that I would "receive information shortly." The information never came. Three days before I am to be in Florida (a 14 hour drive from where I am) to meet 8 family members, I could not confirm whether a house truly existed because these people withheld informaiton. When I complained to agencies about them the owners then said I could still use the house but by that time (2 days before Thanksgiving) I had already reserved another house. They refuse to refund my money unless I write a letter cancelling the reservation. According to their contract, if I cancel the reservation, I forfeit 100% of the money I paid. They are scam artists who have cheated me out of my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 4 and they have ruined our Thanksgiving.
