Offering to send a grant application

I saw this site advertising beside EBAY, I thought £1.95 for the application was fine but then they charged me a further £39.45,

This is absolutely discusting they offer this for a low cost to people who obviously need some financial help and then take a further £40 with no notice.

I want to find out how I can get this money refunded!
