I applied for a Federal Skilled Permanent Residence Visa through Global visas - Canada. My appliaction was approved and I was charged £1880.00 for that visa. I paid it through Direct Debit from my bank. When they had taken all the money they told me that I no longer qualify for the Visa due to changes in Immigration laws, and that I was not entitled to a refund since it wasnt their fault that the changes were effected.
I need my money back. Can you help me
