I now get paid at the end of the month and have asked virgin media to change my bill date to stop late payment charges being put onto my account.i called on th 8th feb and explained and was told someone would call me back it is now the 29th and i am still waiting.i am on my own and have to work fulltime and have many other problems without ring virgin continuasley .i have now been told after being on the phone for over a hour and speaking to 5 people they cant change my billing date so each month i will be charge £10 late payment fee and have my services suspended what sort of world is this when i have explained my sitution and no one can help.
