DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER
All the internet forums are flooded with complaints about this company and believe me they are all true. I had same experience as many - ordered 600 pounds worth of Quinny stuff that was all showing as in stock for next day despatch. A week later when I had not received goods I tried to ring Bambino Direct and the phone lines rang, kept you on hold, then finally went dead. This happened all day long from 9am to 8pm when their customer service lines are supposedly open. Managed to get through on one occasion to find out that items were not actually in stock after all (even though website was still saying they were!). Sent an email to cancel the order which came back with a delivery failure notice. At this point I started to really panic and contacted trading standards and the manufacturer directly. The conclusion was that the manufacturer kindly contacted Bambino Direct on my behalf and I did get a refund. My advice is pay the extra and use a well known/reputable company - there is a very good reason why Bambino Direct are cheaper than their competitors and you do not need the added stress of dealing with them and being pregnant!
